Description
Legacy of the Hermit: This saber is a high-quality interpretation inspired by the style of Obi-Wan Kenobi’s final weapon from Episode 4. Please note that this is a design-optimized variant by TXQ and not a 1:1 licensed replica. The design is based on the classic "thin neck" model but presents itself with a much more rustic look, featuring the characteristic, substantial clamp on the hilt. The combination of technical finesse and a functional, almost antique finish makes this saber the ultimate symbol of the Jedi Order's endurance during the dark years of the Empire. After decades of exile on Tatooine, this lightsaber remained Obi-Wan’s only link to his past as a General of the Clone Wars. It is the weapon he drew to protect Luke Skywalker during his first steps into a larger world and ultimately in the final duel against Darth Vader on the Death Star. This saber represents the wisdom of a master who realized that true sacrifice paves the way to immortality. A timeless relic that kept the spark of hope alive in a galaxy filled with oppression.
GTC Saberstudio is not affiliated with Disney, Lucasfilm or Hasbro and does not sell official or licensed products. Our sabers are independent constructions by our manufacturers: deliberately slimmer than the film props, with a control box width adapted for handling and our own emitter geometry designed around our blade mount. We name characters and films purely descriptively, so you can tell which design a model takes its cues from — as props for cosplay and collecting, not as reproductions.
